No PMS? You can still use Pricinger. You add your listings by searching for them by name, and you get the same price recommendations, market insights and comp sets. The one thing you miss is price syncing: you update your prices on the OTAs yourself.

Add your listing

  1. Open the Pricing Dashboard and select Import your listings. Once you have listings, it's the + button next to My Listings.
  2. Select I don't have a PMS. A short table compares the two ways to import. Select Next.
  3. Type your listing's name in English, exactly as it appears on the OTAs (preferably Airbnb). Each result shows a name and a location. Select yours, repeat for any other listings, then select Next.
  4. Review your listings. They're all selected, so untick any you don't want, then select the Import button, which shows how many listings you picked.

Pricinger then looks for competitors, sets a recommended base price and minimum price, and computes prices for your calendar. A progress bar shows each stage, and when it's done you get a notification for each listing.

Which OTAs does the search cover?

The search looks through the listings Pricinger knows on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and Agoda. Once you've picked a listing, you see the logo of each OTA it's on, so you can check it's yours. Listings you've already imported don't show up in the results.

What you get, and what you don't

  • Everything else works normally: Price recommendations, Market insights and Comp sets.
  • Price syncing needs a PMS. Pricinger can't change prices on the OTAs for you, so check your recommended prices in Pricinger and copy them into your OTA calendars.

Can't find your listing?

Try the exact name from your Airbnb listing, in English. If it still doesn't show up, Pricinger may not know your listing yet. Contact us and tell us where it's listed.
