If you manage your listings in a PMS, connect it to Pricinger. Pricinger imports your listings from it and can send your prices straight back to it. See which PMSes we support.

Start the import

  1. Open the Pricing Dashboard and select Import your listings. Once you have listings, it's the + button next to My Listings.
  2. Under Which property management system (PMS) do you use?, select your PMS.
  3. Follow the numbered steps on screen. They show you where to create an API key in your PMS and copy it. Paste it into Pricinger and select Next.
  4. Pricinger lists the listings it found in your PMS, all selected. Untick any you don't want, then select the Import button, which shows how many listings you picked.

Match each listing to its OTA listing

Next, Pricinger asks you to link each listing from your PMS to the same listing on an OTA. It uses the OTA listing to find your competitors and market data, and your PMS to sync prices.

For each listing, type its name in the search box, in English and exactly as it appears on the OTAs (preferably Airbnb), and pick it from the results. The Matched Listings and Pending Listings tabs show where you are. Only matched listings are imported. When you're done, select the Import button and confirm with Yes, import.

What happens next

For each listing, Pricinger brings in its calendar from your PMS, looks for competitors, sets a recommended base price and minimum price, and computes prices for your calendar. A progress bar shows each stage while it works. You can run one import at a time, so wait for it to finish before starting another.

When it's done, you get a notification for each listing, and an email listing which listings were imported and which weren't. You can turn that email off in Settings, under Email Notifications.

A listing is missing?

  • The list from your PMS only shows listings that aren't in Pricinger yet. If Pricinger finds none, check that you pasted the right API key and try again.
  • A listing you didn't match stays under Pending Listings and isn't imported. Run the import again later to bring it in.
  • Can't find the OTA listing when you search? Try the exact name from your Airbnb listing.
  • Your PMS isn't in the list? On the same screen, select My PMS is not listed to request an integration for your PMS. It opens our contact form with the integration request topic picked for you. Meanwhile, you can add your listings without a PMS.
