Pricinger sends your prices to your PMS for every listing that's connected to one. If the prices in your PMS look out of date, work through the checks below.

What Pricinger sends to your PMS

For every night that's free to book, Pricinger sends:

  • the nightly price
  • the minimum stay
  • check-in and check-out closures, from your Check-in / Check-out settings

Pricinger never opens or blocks dates. Which nights are available stays up to you and your PMS.

When prices are sent

Each listing syncs about once every 24 hours. It syncs sooner when something changes: when you save your plan, edit your base or minimum price, set a date override or turn syncing on, and when a new booking or block shows up in your PMS.

Check a listing's sync status

  1. Open the Pricing Dashboard and select your listing.
  2. At the top, the switch shows Sync On or Sync Off, and Last synced tells you when prices were last sent.

In the Table view, the Last Sync column shows this for all your listings at once.

Common causes

  • Syncing is off. If the switch shows Sync Off, select it to turn syncing back on. When a Pro subscription ends, syncing is turned off for all your listings.
  • The listing isn't connected to a PMS. A listing you added without a PMS can't sync, and turning syncing on tells you so. To sync prices, connect your PMS and import your listings. See which PMSes we support.
  • Your PMS API key stopped working. Syncing stops for every listing that uses the key, and a banner in the app tells you. Select the banner's button, or open Settings from your profile menu and, under Connected PMS API Keys, select Replace next to the key. Once the new key is saved, those listings sync again.
  • Your PMS refuses the updates. You'll get a notification that your PMS is refusing our price updates. Check that dynamic pricing is switched off in your PMS. Pricinger tries again every 24 hours.

Still not right?

If the switch shows Sync On, the last sync is recent and your PMS still shows different prices, contact us. Tell us which listing and which dates look wrong.
